Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
2. Credit Packages
One-time credit packages are non-refundable once credits are used. Refunds for unused packages are not guaranteed and may be granted at our discretion or when required by law.
3. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a service error, we will restore the credits used for that attempt. Contact support with the task ID if restoration does not happen automatically.

4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@videogen.video with your account email, purchase date, and reason. We typically respond within 3 business days.
