You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

• Video generation consumes credits based on model, duration, and resolution.
• Subscription credits expire after the period stated on the pricing page.
• One-time credit packages expire after the period stated on the pricing page.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

4. Refunds

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Content and License

Subject to these Terms and your plan features, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third‑party model policies.

7. Third‑Party Services

VideoGen integrates third‑party AI model providers and payment processors. Their terms may also apply.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Generated outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoGen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
